commercial loan for $990,000 at 7.75% (20 yrs. amortization)
was taken for the purchase of the property. Also $300,000
of Mystical Arts of Tibet program revenue has been temporarily
allocated toward the purchase of the property. |

Current
property sales in this neighborhood range from $250,000
to $1.6 million depending on the age, condition, and size
for houses between 1,200 and 3,500 sq. ft. We hope to build
a residence with sufficient bedrooms, bathrooms, and a commercially
equipped kitchen to better accommodate our large number
of monks and guests. |

of the HVAC units are near the end of their useful life
and will require replacement. New energy efficient units
will provide long-term energy savings. |
